About Our Class Schedule
Our weekly schedule is designed to provide consistent, high quality Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instruction to students at every level. Whether you are brand new or have years on the mat, you will find structured classes focused on fundamentals, pressure, control, and steady progress.
We encourage students to train regularly and to view the schedule as a framework rather than a rigid prescription. Some weeks you might make every class; some weeks you'll make one. What matters is showing up, doing the work, and trusting the process over time.
If you're new, don't overthink it- pick a class that fits your schedule and come train. We'll take care of the rest.
Class times and instructors may occasionally change due to unforeseen circumstances. When this happens class will still be led by a qualified instructor committed to maintaining the standards of Oregon Pound Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
